Cameron Chase is involved in portfolio management of owned assets, as well as sourcing, performing due diligence, and analysis on potential operating partners and their underlying investments. Mr. Chase has been actively involved in the real estate industry over the past 10 years. Prior to joining Belay, Mr. Chase was an Analyst at Crocker Partners, a Florida based owner and developer of value-add and Class A office buildings in the Southeastern US with a portfolio of more than 6 million square feet representing $1.4 billion invested. During his tenure, Mr. Chase underwrote, performed due diligence on, and acquired 500k square feet of real estate. Additionally, Mr. Chase collaborated on asset management of a regional portfolio including the preparation of quarterly business plans and analysis of major decisions on the portfolio. Mr. Chase started his career with CBRE as an intern focused on sale and lease transactions for industrial properties in Greater Los Angeles.
Mr. Chase received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and is a member of NAIOP and ULI.
