Matt Anderson is involved in all aspects of sourcing, performing due diligence, and analysis on potential investments. Prior to joining Belay, Mr. Anderson was an investment banking analyst at Colonnade Securities, a boutique Chicago-based investment bank focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions and capital raises in the specialty finance industry. Prior to Colonnade, Mr. Anderson worked in the valuation advisory group at Stout Risius Ross focused on private equity portfolio companies, financial and tax reporting, ESOPs and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the Honors College at Michigan State University with a minor in Economics.
