Joe Rozgonyi is involved in all aspects of sourcing, performing due diligence, and analysis on potential investments. Mr. Rozgonyi has one year of financial and real estate experience in financial modeling and market analysis. Prior to joining Belay, Mr. Rozgonyi was an Analyst at Capital Automotive Real Estate, where he oversaw real estate due diligence and credit underwriting for sale leaseback transactions.
Mr. Rozgonyi received his Bachelor of Business in finance with a minor in real estate from The University of Notre Dame.
