James Foote is involved in all aspects of sourcing, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on prospective investments, in addition to supporting asset management functions. Mr. Foote has five years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Foote was an Acquisitions Analyst at URS Capital Partners, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment firm based in New York, where he was involved in sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and the closing of $175M in AUM. He previously held acquisitions and asset management roles at a family office and a real estate crowdfunding platform, where he developed experience across multiple asset classes and throughout the capital stack. In these roles, he supported the acquisition and capitalization of approximately $600M in AUM.
Mr. Foote received his Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Binghamton.
