Dylan Alfa is involved in all aspects of sourcing, performing due diligence and analysis on potential investments, in addition to asset management. Mr. Alfa has six years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Alfa was a Development Analyst at Trammell Crow Residential (Crow Holdings) where he underwrote new acquisitions, created custom financial models designed for long- and short-term cash flows with various complex deal structures, and assisted with the acquisition, capitalization, refinance, and sale of over $1B in transactions.
Mr. Alfa received his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Oregon.
