Prior to joining Belay, Mr. Schwartz was an Assistant Property Manager at Douglas Emmett, where he oversaw the daily operations of a 593,000 sf, Class A office building. He previously served as Administrative Assistant at Douglas Emmett where he was the lead administrator for two Class A medical office buildings.
Mr. Schwartz received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania.
