Anna Lee Riccio is involved in all aspects of sourcing, performing due diligence and analysis on potential investments, in addition to asset management. Ms. Riccio has five years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Riccio was an Acquisitions Associate at StepStone Group where she underwrote investments across traditional and niche asset classes, and an Investment Sales Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.
Ms. Riccio received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
