Barry Chase is one of the founders and is currently the Executive Chairman of Belay Investment Group. He has more than 42 years of institutional real estate investment experience. Prior to becoming a partner at Belay Investment Group, Mr. Chase founded AVP Advisors, LLC in 2004. Mr. Chase has also held senior executive positions at Koll Development, Cushman Realty Corporation and CT Realty. Over his career, Mr. Chase has directed more than $3.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions through multiple market cycles. Over the past 42 years, Mr. Chase has been involved in all aspects of the real estate value chain, including investment management services, deal origination, acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, leasing, management of development activities, debt restructuring, and management and repositioning of venture capital corporate-level investments.
Mr. Chase earned his J.D. from the University of San Fernando and is a member of the California State Bar Association (inactive).
