Caroline Lekakos is involved in sourcing, analysis, and due diligence on potential investments, in addition to asset management. Ms. Lekakos has seven years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lekakos was a Senior Associate at Matador Capital Management, a real estate investment firm in New York City, where she underwrote new acquisitions, and worked on the acquisition, capitalization, refinance, and sale of over $400M in multifamily and mixed-use transactions. Prior to Matador, Ms. Lekakos was on the Acquisitions team at TruAmerica Multifamily LLC, where she was involved in the acquisition of $1.5B AUM.
Ms. Lekakos graduated cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
