Katie Kohut is involved in the operations for Belay Investment Group, LLC. Ms. Kohut brings 29 years of administrative, HR and IT experience in property management, leasing, investment & asset management, and private equity firms. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kohut was the HR Manager at Younan Properties where she was responsible for, and managed all aspects of human resource, including multistate payroll, labor law compliance, benefits negotiation, collective bargaining agreement interpretation and compliance. She previously served as Portfolio Administrator at JLL, where she supported the investment and advisory team for two public pension funds.
Ms. Kohut received her Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
