Lily Elias is involved in the investment operations for Belay Investment Group, LLC. Ms. Elias brings 11 years of administrative experience in real estate, leasing, and property management firms. Prior to joining Belay, Ms. Elias was the Property Assistant at The Bloc, a 1.8M square-foot, mixed-use project in downtown Los Angeles, CA. She was responsible for the day-to-day management of all operations of the property, including oversight of facility maintenance staff, construction projects, development of tenant, service partner and client relations, as well as all financial and client reporting requirements. In her role as part of the project’s management team, she worked collaboratively with ownership, development, and construction teams to ensure the project’s operational success and maximizing the client’s investment.
